FAQ
-
Are tours available? The Murder Museum is a self-guided experience that lasts as long as you can stomach it. To ensure you experience everything the museum has to offer we recommend arriving an hour before close, as no tickets will be sold at that time although our gift shop will remain open.
-
Are tickets a booked appointment?Tickets are sold on a first come, first serve basis. We do not honor refunds for those who purchase a ticket online but are unable to attend. Tickets will be accepted for 1 year from the opening day of the museum. We will notify customers of days that are sold out or if there are a limited quantity left for any certain day. We operate 5 days a week but we will keep customers posted on holiday and unforseen closures (acts of God, etc.)

Is there an age limit? No. However, parents must sign a waiver for children younger than 18 to enjoy the museum. Some exhibits are far too graphic for young children and possibly older patrons, so a mature audience is strongly encouraged. Children will not be allowed inside without a parent being present. Sick bags are available at no charge at the ticket desk for anyone who may be susceptible to nausea when looking at gore. We ask that you request this prior to your self-guided tour.
-
If I forgot something in my car will I able to return into the museum? No. Like a theme park, once you leave our facility you must buy another ticket for re-entry. We strongly encourage patrons to have everything they need prior to their tour and ensure they have everythng they came in with prior to their exit.
